Debbie Hutchings was the 1st person we saw from St. Luke's at the nursing home. As a family we found her very knowledgeable and caring as if she was part of out family.
Suggested improvements
Everything has happened so quick so its hard to say it would be nice to have had some social help advice for relatives.

Very supportive day and night.
Great to be able to pick up phone and speak to someone, nothing was too much trouble.

The receptionist was a bit off hard when first registrary but fine after appointment. The treatment consultation was good but a lot was covered and we were a bit confused by the time we got home. It was not clear who to contact afterward.

Clarify the contact person and how best to contact.

I could not have provided the care and support my husband needed and deserved without the support of the whole of the St. Luke's care team (community, inpatient and out of hours phone support.)
Excellent service kind and patient, helpful staff. I felt part of an extended family unit. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Felt well cared for. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are very caring.

The cough assist machine. I did not feel anyone was very confident with its use.

Exceptional care throughout my life stay in the hospital. Nothing too much trouble for the stay by any of the staff. Showed much tenderness.

Staff were exceptional, friendly and caring. They cheer me up and are always there when I need them, 24 hour.
